What is the New Jersey Student Learning Assessment (NJSLA) Testing?
New Jersey's State Assessment Program includes the Student Learning Assessments (NJSLA) which was launched in 2019 to replace the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) testing. The NJSLA evaluates achievement in English Language Arts/Literacy as well as Mathematics. Science testing is also administered in grades 5, 8, and 11.
