This guarantee can be requested at any time within 3 days of the commencement of service and it expires on the 4th day after the start of your subscription. If requesting a refund, we ask that you briefly explain the reasons for doing so and let us know how Bright Education could improve the service. When a refund is processed, all tests in your account will be permanently deleted and you will no longer have access to the year-over-year statistics or account continuity reports.
Kids IQ Test is Non-RefundableWe cannot issue a refund for the Kids IQ Test because the full value of the product is received immediately after ordering when the score and reports are revealed. An exception to this would be if you had made a duplicate purchase by mistake for the same test.
