How can I enable JavaScript on my browser?
Solution:
- Make sure you are using the Internet Explorer browser.
- In Internet Explorer, click Tools from the menu along the top of the screen.
- Choose Internet Options... from the drop down menu.
- When the Internet Options window appears, click on the Security tab.
- Please make sure that the Default Level button is greyed out. If you can click on it, please do so to ensure that JavaScript is enabled.
- Click OK.
- Close all of your browsers and open up Internet Explorer once again to log into the site.
