Question: I can not get past the login page.
Solution: This problem may occur if your browser and/or computer settings are incorrect. Here are instructions on how to check them:
(1) MAKE SURE YOUR COMPUTER'S DATE AND TIME ARE SET CORRECTLY. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROPERLY ACCESS OUR SITE IF THEY ARE NOT CORRECTLY SET TO TODAY'S DATE AND TIME.
(2) Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 or later. Some versions of Netscape and other browsers may not work properly.
(3) In Internet Explorer, click Tools from the menu along the top of the screen. Choose Internet Options... from the drop down menu. When the Internet Options window appears, click on the Privacy tab. Move the slider down until the text next to it states, Accept All Cookies. Click OK.
(4) Try deleting your cookies, temporary internet files, and history.
(5) Close the browser window and reopen a new one.
