1. Make sure you are using the Internet Explorer browser.


2. In Internet Explorer, click Tools from the menu along the top of the screen.


3. Choose Internet Options... from the drop down menu.


4. When the Internet Options window appears, click on the Security tab.


5. Please make sure that the Default Level button is greyed out. If you can click on it, please do so to ensure that JavaScript is enabled.


6. Click OK.


7. Close all of your browsers and open up Internet Explorer once again to log into the site.
