I am having trouble viewing or printing the workbook.
If you are having trouble viewing & printing the printable workbook. Here are some common solutions to try:
1. If you cannot see the print option on the page when you view the book, you most likely do not have the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer. Please follow the instructions on the following page to download and install the latest version of that software:
After installing Adobe Acrobat Reader, please close all browser windows and open up a fresh Internet Explorer window. You may then return to our website. You should see a menu like the following when you right click on the book after you have the correct version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed:
2. Another possible cause is that your browser or firewall security settings might be preventing the proper display the workbook. We use a technology called embedded PDF files to view the printable workbooks which might be disabled on your computer if you have a strict security configuration. The default settings in Internet Explorer work the best to properly view the book and yet still offer you good security.
Here are instructions to reset your browser to the default security settings:
A. Open up Internet Explorer
B. Go to Tools -> Internet Options...
C. Click on the “Security” tab.
D. Click on the “Default Level” button.
E. Click “OK” to close the window.
F. Please now try to access the printable workbook once again:
3. If you are still not able to access the workbook, then most likely you have a very strict or unusual computer configuration that is preventing the normal viewing and/or printing of the book. You might try temporarily disabling security software such as Norton.
