We will work with you diligently to resolve any issues with your account that might come up. If we are unable to successfully resolve your issue or If you find that our service does not meet your needs or expectations, please contact us for a full refund according to the policy outlined below.


Online Practice Tests and Printable Workbooks

We offer a 3-day money back guarantee for our Online Practice Tests and Printable Workbooks.  This guarantee can be requested at any time within 3 days of the commencement of service and it expires on the 4th day after the start of your subscription.

If requesting a refund, we ask that you briefly explain the reasons for doing so and let us know how Bright Education could improve the service.

When a refund is processed, all tests in your account will be permanently deleted and you will no longer have access to the year-over-year statistics or account continuity reports.


Kids IQ Test is Non-Refundable

We cannot issue a refund for the Kids IQ Test because the full value of the product is received immediately after ordering when the score and reports are revealed.

An exception to this would be if you had made a duplicate purchase by mistake for the same test.


Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund and wish to proceed, please submit an email request to us before the refund period is expired. We will process your request in 3-5 business days if we cannot resolve your issue. Thank you for your order and interest in our products!
